Harsco Rail’s 3300S Tamper increases surfacing gang productivity by tandem tamping behind a Model 6700 Production/Switch Tamper. It effectively tamps turnouts. Sharing workhead design with the 6700 Production/Switch Tamper, the 3300S consistently matches the 6700’s heavy-duty capacity and high-speed capability, tie for tie.
