COLUMBIA, SC (NOVEMBER 13, 2014)...Worldwide railway maintenance and construction company, Harsco Rail, a division of Harsco Corporation, announced today that Mark Emmerson has been appointed to the role of Managing Director for the United Kingdom.

Emmerson has successfully undertaken this role in an interim capacity over the last nine months, along with his previous role of International Finance Director.
