HARSCO RAIL ANNOUNCES NEW VICE PRESIDENT FOR INTERNATIONAL
COLUMBIA, SC (October 27, 2015)...Worldwide railway maintenance and construction company Harsco Rail, a division of Harsco Corporation, announces the senior leadership appointment of Andre Schoen as Vice President for the International Regions.
Mr. Schoen joins Harsco Rail with over 25 years' experience in business management, most recently as the Managing Director for Xerox-ACS Business Service in Switzerland. He previously worked for Siemens Rail Automation as business unit director for 10 years in the UK and Germany, and before that, for Alstom Transport. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering in Switzerland, an MBA from the University of Sydney, and a Ph.D. from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
